Meraki International offers a variety of business coaching options as a form of development in which one of our experienced and certified coaches will support you, your team, or your entire organization. Your coach will create a customized and individually tailored coaching plan to help you in achieving specific personal or professional goals by providing counsel, training, and guidance.

Coaching involves a close and confidential relationship between the coach and person being coached. Through a process of inquiry, dialogue and other tools, the coach serves as a thought partner to help the coachee examine and develop his or her decision-making, experiment with new ways of thinking and being, and commit to action steps that help achieve his or her goals.
